The Casimir Effect is an Oregon-based alternative pop-rock band founded in 2014 by Luke Kazmierowicz, Daniel Czyzewicz and Alexandra Czyzewicz.  Following the release of their debut album Don’t Blink, the band was joined by bassist Owen Hoffman-Smith, pianist Jono Neher, and drummer Jacob Ignacio. These six musicians released the album "All We Have is Today" in Feb. 2019. Currently the band's members, Luke Kazmierowicz, Daniel Czyzewicz, Ally Czyzewicz, Cam Brown, Jono Neher and Matt Sutherland are hard at work on album number three! 

 

The Casimir Effect pulls from a diverse range of influences to create a unique sound which combines Pop melodies and vocal arrangements with rock and electronic sounds, hip-hop beats, progressive song formats and more.  Lyrical and musical integrity are important to The Casimir Effect, who strive to put a unique twist on conventional song formats and provide Pop music with a much needed boost in depth.
